“Manually consolidating multiple formats is time consuming and the requirement became weekly rather than monthly.”
GardaWorld’s International Protective Services business based in Dubai previously had a completely manual cash flow forecasting process. Their forecast was compiled by collecting manually created spreadsheets sent in by their remote business units on a monthly basis. Filling in the spreadsheets and manually adding them up took a disproportional amount of time compared to the value of the output. GardaWorld wanted to reduce time, improve reliability and increase the frequency of the updates, so it was time to look for automation.
Trezone’s ease of use, quick set-up and professional customer support were the main reasons we were selected by GardaWorld. The project deadline was tight, with the client looking to have the solution up and running in less than a week. With assistance of the Trezone on-boarding team, GardaWorld established their full banking structure (approx. 50 accounts), business units (10 reporting units) and individual users, and were ready for manual input within the set timeline. We additionally were able to establish AP/AR interfaces from their local ERP systems.
